CRS Jet Spares will not accept any units returned without an RMA Authorization Number. All units must be returned within 7 days and must be accompanied by the original paperwork; failure to comply may result in warranty denial. In the event that no fault is found or the failure is due to improper use, the customer will be responsible for any charges incurred, and CRS is not liable for any consequential expenses related to the warranty claim. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and if the packaging has been opened, recertification charges will also apply.
