Sourcing Agent

This new role at CRS is an opportunity for a forward-thinking multi-tasker to make a big impact within the organization. A dynamic blend of data, technology and relationship building, the successful candidate will work with internal customers and our clients to provide real-time solutions based on actionable data and insights derived from various sources. The role is high-pace and strategic, so requires an individual adept at balancing multiple engagements and opportunities in a timely manner with a focus on deadlines and deliverables. The ideal candidate is not afraid to make the calls and interact with vendors as needed to successfully source the best product at a fair price.

 

Regional Sales Manager

CRS is evolving as a Sales Organization, building on a combination of our hard-earned and longstanding reputation and the infusion of new ideas, intellectual capital, and inventory. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at CRS is a professional who excels in a diverse and demanding position. The RSM is responsible for organic growth and maintenance of the existing customer base, as well as new customer expansion within an assigned region. The RSM provides input into the establishment of regional sales goals and is accountable to meeting/exceeding those numbers from a revenue and margin perspective. A high-energy, engaged sales professional can make an immediate and important contribution to CRS, as has been the case with our recent RSM additions, in addition to achieving professional goals and rewards. Aviation industry experience and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems are key.

 

Lead Materials Inspector

CRS is expanding our material inspection team in our Fort Lauderdale warehouse. The lead inspector is a professional who excels in a diverse and demanding position. Role responsibilities include processing non-airworthy material, directing inbound and outbound materials in a timely manner, and achieving product realization in a team atmosphere. Desired attributes include ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, ability to adhere internal and external customer’s requirements and quality management standards (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOP), willingness to work as a team and demonstrate core company values, and ability to effectively measure and report Key Processing Indicators (KPI) to management. Must have hazmat and forklift experience have or be willing to obtain certification in both. Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft programs, FAA/EASA regulations, suspected unapproved parts (SUP), and best business inventory control practices is key to success. Responsible for executing inventory count procedures. Ideal candidate aspires to lead team members for excellence by providing continual improvement and training.

 

 

Materials Inspector

CRS is currently seeking to enhance our Materials Processing department in our Fort Lauderdale office. As such we are inviting applicants to join our training program. A Materials Inspector role is dynamic and consist of but not limited to, inventory control monitoring, warehouse maintenance functions and shipping responsibilities. These functions and responsibilities require a high degree of multi-tasking, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize efficiently for maximum output.

 

Repair Coordinator Specialist

The Repair Coordinator Specialist role is an exciting blend of data, repair service coordination and technology. This individual will collaborate with internal customers and business operations resources to maintain/improve repair needs for stock of existing exchange pools, and to identify potential growth areas by airframe type and aircraft part categories. The candidate will work directly with upper management to suggest/identify KPIs to build on efficient processes and consistent output to support our customers with products and services at the highest level. The Repair Coordinator Specialist will actively communicate and build relationships with Manufacturers and Domestic/International Repair stations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly understand our Quality System and maintain and follow all standard operating procedures. Understanding of FAA/EASA regulations and familiarity with regulatory agencies that govern products we support is a requirement.

 

Inside Sales Representative

 CRS is currently seeking to expand its inside sales team in its Fort Lauderdale office. As the face of the company, the inside sales representative works with our worldwide customer base to support their corporate flight departments, charter operations, repair centers and more. As we celebrate our 40th year as a leader in the business jet industry, it is an exciting time at CRS Jet Spares. Applicants should have excellent communication and people skills, a passion for aviation and aircraft parts and an ability to function in a quick moving, deadline driven environment. The right candidate will join the sales training program and will be offered competitive salary and bonus opportunities along with growth opportunities within our organization. Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, and an understanding/previous knowledge of Quantum ERP is a plus, not a requirement.
