Market Procurement Agent

This new role at CRS is an opportunity for a forward-thinking multi-tasker to make a big impact within the organization. A dynamic blend of data, technology and relationship building, the successful candidate will work with internal customers and our clients to provide real-time solutions based on actionable data and insights derived from various sources. The role is high-pace and strategic, so requires an individual adept at balancing multiple engagements and opportunities in a timely manner with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.


The successful candidate will lead the existing three-person accounting function, identify and lead projects to drive efficiencies and oversee management of the general ledger, reporting, audit, accounts payable, accounting receivable, budgeting and planning. The Controller manages day-to-day relationships with outside support organizations including payroll, audit, tax and others, and is responsible for working cross-functionally within CRS to support procurement, inventory management, sales, and strategic planning. The Controller is a key member of the organizational leadership team, and will support the organizations M&A efforts.


This role is the front door to CRS, and the successful candidate can make a strong organizational impact. Playing the role of traffic controller, the CRS receptionist will triage incoming sales calls and emails from customers for assignment of quote requests, in addition to general company inquires. This person will also respond to customer inquiries on order status, invoicing and account information.  Our ideal candidate is an adept user of Excel and familiar with data entry ERP and CRM databases. Additionally, the Receptionist maintains our marketing materials library (literature and promotional materials) and facilitates fulfilment requests from customers and sales team.

Regional Sales Manager

CRS is evolving as a Sales Organization, building on our longstanding industry reputation and the infusion of new ideas, intellectual capital, and inventory. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at CRS is a professional who excels in a diverse and demanding position. The RSM is responsible for organic growth and maintenance of the existing customer base, as well as new customer expansion within an assigned region. The RSM is responsible for providing input into the establishment of regional sales goals, and meeting/exceeding those numbers from a revenue and margin perspective. A high-energy, engaged sales professional can make an immediate and important contribution to CRS, as has been the case with our recent RSM additions. Aviation industry experience and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems are key.
